Thomas Franklin

Mr. Franklin’s Real Estate Investment Career began in 1998 where he amassed a portfolio of approximately 500 units in Apartment Buildings and Multi Family Properties where all properties were self managed.  All acquisitions were buy and holds of two types: high cash flowing in locations that experienced light to moderate property appreciation; and cash flowing in areas that experienced a high rate of appreciation where major profits were made on the back, at the time of refinancing.  Mr. Franklin was also an advisor, to other Investors, in acquisitions of Shopping Centers aiding in determining feasibility and creating financial projections, for these types of commercial properties.  During his Real Estate Investing, Mr. Franklin has experience creating partnerships with other Investors to acquire Investments and creating a “WIN-WIN” Situation, for all vested parties.

Mr. Franklin is a decorated Military Veteran having served in the United States Navy, during the first Gulf War.  Mr. Franklin has obtained two university degrees, in Mechanical Engineering.  His Military and Mechanical Engineering Experience adds great value to ACT Investment Properties, LLC with his organizational and managerial skills, numerical and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a meticulous nature.  Added value comes from Mr. Franklin’s vast Real Estate experience, and a unique understanding in market trends.
